Six Birds....One Bullet.... Sure Hit.....

The past month hasn't been that good for me, not until yesterday when I heard of the news that the person behind my untimely resignation from my previous work was oust from his high ranking position due to betrayal and disloyalty. (Shame on you dirty old man)

He is found guilty of putting up a new college institution in the Northern Zambales, and not only that, copying the name of the school which he nested and was nurtured for that long years. Long years of greediness, betrayal, misconduct and abuse of authority.

Six Birds? Yes for he has an underground colleagues who is also serving the institution. Two program coordinators, his ever loyal secretary and some part time instructors.

That is the price they have to pay. They've been dismissed from service and ordered to immediately vacate and leave the institutions.

One Bullet?, I may not fought for my rights when he forced my resignation without any justifications but by now I feel vindicated and now we're EVEN!

God is really Good.

THE TRUTH BEYOND UNTIMELY RESIGNATION

There are things that really need to happen and things that we make it happen. In whatever instances, its just a matter of our own choice. A choice that must be dealt with carefully. Taking into consideration a lot of things. Questioning and weighing every single details so not to create a mess in the end.

A lot of us might wonder why do people need to do this and that. Its very simple, the occasion always dictates how we should act, though sometimes we cant please everybody and that will create absurdity, risking our dignity and reputation. But do we really need to consider them every time? I mean the people around us, do we always need to ask them permissions the way we should be?

Let me share to you this one:
The Boss drives his men, The Leader inspires them..
The Boss depends on authority, The Leader depends on goodwill..
The Boss evokes fear, The Leader radiates love..
The Boss says "I", The Leader says "We"..
The Boss shows who is wrong, The Leader shows what is wrong..
The Boss knows how it is done, The Leader knows how to do it..
The Boss demands respect, The Leader commands respect..

Which one are you? would rather be the BOSS or the LEADER?

This set up always happens to every work in any field. Again its a matter of choice to whom you would be. In every workplace whenever you are no longer happy you only have to choose whether to live with it or leave it. This is a poem entitled "Pledge of Loyalty" by Sir Elbert Hubbard

In my case, I choose to leave but it doesn't mean that I'm no longer happy. Its just that I was told to do so. You might be questioning me, why? why do I need to leave. There are incidents that happen. This is not yet the time for me to brought it up. But sooner I will be telling everything its just that I still need to weigh everything.

There is only one thing which I'm sure off. That no matter what they have done to me, they can never put a good man down...... {e,e}

but how would you implement changes if people are reluctant?, true indeed.... but time is the essence....

YOU CANT CORRECT A SYSTEM THAT DOESN'T EXIST!!!!!!

Here are the rules:

1. Be realistic. DON'T FOOL US! YOU HYPOCRITE. We won't buy out your ideas whim! Practice what you preach. Your sounding like a crackling fried fish!

2. Don't do physical changes. CHANGE INTERNALLY. Change your attitude, your conduct, your ethics and values - abide by the highest standard of norms and utmost professionalism.

3. Learn how to become a team player -NOT A BEATER NOR A TEASER.

4. Be appreciative. Look at the good of others not only your own good. Stop corrupting in all of its sense.

5. Be content. Don't expect what you cant achieve day dreamer.....your old enough to know what is right and wrong sour-graper...your not the wizard of OZ.

6. Live happy. If your life is miserable don't mess others with your agony (that is your life not ours cracked head).

7. PRAY....PRAYER....PRAYERS....Have faith cause it truly works. (I'll give one for your soul to be restful...GTH!)

TRUE HAPPINESS

God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

Disappointments are like road humps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterward. Don't stay on the humps too long. Move on!

When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because God is thinking of something better to give you.

When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry to hard.

You can't make someone love you, all you can do is be someone, who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.

What the hearts give away is never gone... It is kept in the heart of others. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risks. For there will come a time when you need to find yourself and only your heart will show you the way.

The measure of love is when you love without measure. In life there are very rare chances that will meet the person you love and loves you in return. So once you have it don't ever let go, the chance might never come your way again.

Its better to lose your pride to the one you love, than to lose the one you love because of pride. We spend so much time looking for the right person to love of finding fault with those we already love, when instead we should be perfecting the love we give.
